Farmer's Fridge Home Delivery Giveaway: Official Rules

1.Sponsor
The Farmer's Fridge Home Delivery Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Romaine Empire, Inc. d/b/a Farmer's Fridge,2000 W Fulton St., Suite F-310, Chicago, IL 60612 ("Sponsor").
2. Who Can Enter
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at the time of entry and have a delivery address in a Farmer's Fridge Home Delivery service area, subject to confirmation by Sponsor. Current service areas are: New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Washington, DC; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; Detroit, MI; Atlanta, GA; Houston, TX; Baltimore, MD; Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN; Central PA (Harrisburg, Lancaster and York); Hartford and New Haven, CT; Cleveland, OH; Cincinnati, OH; Charlotte, NC; Columbus, OH; San Antonio, TX; Providence, RI; Nashville, TN; Austin, TX; Dayton, OH; Springfield, MA; and Flint, MI. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), members of their households, and anyone involved in running the Giveaway are not eligible.
3. How to Enter
During the entry period, follow @farmersfridge on Instagram and comment on the official Giveaway post tagging one friend's personal Instagram account. You need a public or accessible Instagram account to enter, and entries must follow Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. Limit one entry per person, regardless of the number of comments, tags, or Instagram accounts used. Entries from fake, bot, or duplicate accounts, or entries that Sponsor believes were submitted through automated or fraudulent means, will be disqualified. Tagging brand, celebrity, or inactive accounts does not create a valid entry.
4. The Tagged Friend
The friend tagged in the winning entry must meet the same eligibility requirements in Section 2. If the tagged friend is ineligible, cannot be reached, does not respond within the time stated in Section 6, or declines the prize, the winner will still receive their box and the tagged friend's box will be forfeited. No substitute friend may be named.
5. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or around October 2, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor's decisions on eligibility and winner selection are final.
6. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by direct message from the official @farmersfridge Instagram account within 2 days after the drawing. The winner and tagged friend must each respond within 2 days of notification and provide the information needed to deliver the prize, including a delivery address. If the winner does not respond within that time, is found ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random.
Sponsor will only contact the winner from the official @farmersfridge account and will never ask for payment, a credit card number, or other financial information. Messages from any other account claiming to represent this Giveaway are not from Sponsor.
7. Prize
Two (2) Farmer's Fridge Home Delivery boxes: one for the winner and one for the tagged friend. Each box includes [describe contents, e.g., number of meals]. Approximate retail value: $100 per box, $200 total. Boxes will be delivered to eligible addresses on or before October 30, 2026.
The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative. No substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Any taxes associated with the prize are the responsibility of the recipient.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize the winner and tagged friend agree that Sponsor may use their name and Instagram handle to announce the results of the Giveaway, without further compensation.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway, including delivery information from the winner and tagged friend, will be used to administer the Giveaway and deliver prizes, and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://www.farmersfridge.com/privacy/.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and releases Sponsor and Instagram, and their respective affiliates, employees, and agents, from any liability relating to the Giveaway, participation in it, or acceptance or use of any prize. Each entrant acknowledges that the Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, or not received due to technical problems, Instagram outages, or account settings. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Giveaway or violates these rules, and may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control affects its fair operation.
11. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Winner Announcement
The winner will be announced on or around October 2, 2026. To request the winner's name, send a direct message to @farmersfridge on Instagram after October 2, 2026.
