How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is a flat $10.99 fee per order.
What days do you deliver?
We currently deliver on Sundays and Mondays, so you can stock up for the week ahead! Place your order by 11:59 p.m. Sunday for delivery the following Sunday or Monday. We’ll send tracking updates along the way.
How long will my items stay fresh?
Items are designed to stay fresh for around 6 days after delivery. To ensure items stay fresh, make sure to refrigerate your order as soon as you can after it arrives.
What if you don’t deliver to my ZIP code?
If we’re not delivering to your area yet, check back soon! We’re working to expand Home Delivery to more ZIP codes.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
We know plans can change! Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we’re unable to cancel it or update your delivery details. If something comes up, please contact our Customer Support team HERE and we’ll do our best to help.
How will I track my order?
We’ll keep you updated as your box makes its way to you, from order confirmation through delivery. As soon as it arrives, refrigerate ASAP for maximum freshness!
What if something is wrong with my order?
If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support team HERE and we’ll make it right. If anything arrives damaged, photos are always helpful.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes! Our boxes and jars are recyclable where accepted locally. Other packaging components may have different disposal instructions, so we’ll include a simple guide in your box. We’re always looking for ways to make our packaging more sustainable.
