Since the dish is only available for a limited time, we’ve got a little holiday gift for you. While we highly recommend stopping by your local Fridge STAT, before this dish is gone for good, we’re unveiling the recipe so you can whip up your favorite salad at home.
Step #1: Make the Persian Goddess Dressing
*This recipe yields 4 servings
½ cup Greek yogurt
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. water
¼ cup Italian parsley, roughly chopped
¼ cup spinach
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 green onion, roughly chopped
1 tsp. jalapeño, roughly chopped
½ tsp. dried dill
Salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Step #2: Make the Salad
4 cups mixed greens
2 Persian cucumbers
1 15oz. can of garbanzo beans
2 watermelon radishes
4 stalks of celery
4 oz. feta cheese
2 tsp. nigella seeds
1½ cups spiced crispy rice
¼ cup toasted, chopped pistachios
Dice cucumbers, watermelon radish, and celery and mix with garbanzo beans.
Divide mixed greens between 4 bowls. Divide vegetable mixture, feta, nigella seeds, crispy rice, and pistachios across bowls.
Drizzle dressing over salad and mix to combine and serve.
