How to use the App

The app is designed to make your life even easier. If you haven't already, download the Farmer's Fridge app to order ahead, enjoy contactless pick-up, and start earning rewards.

How to Order Ahead

Below is a step-by-step guide to ordering your fresh eats in advance:

1. Find a Fridge

  • The app makes it easy to find which Fridge location is nearest you. You can view the location details and hours for each Fridge. Note: some Fridges are private and restrict public access.

2. Browse the Menu

  • In real-time, the app shows you which items are currently in stock at each Fridge location.

3. Place Your Order

  • Enjoy using Apple Pay and PayPal at checkout (no need to bring a wallet!).

How to Pick Up Your Mobile Order

There are two ways to vend your tasty meals in a jar:

1. Enjoy Touchless Pick-up

  • The touchless pick-up code can be found in the bottom right-hand corner of the Fridge screen. Simply type the code into your app.

2. Use Order Confirmation Pick-up

  • Use the confirmation code found in your app, and type it into the Fridge screen.

How to Earn Rewards

It * literally * pays to have the app.

  • Check out your rewards tab to track your "Greens" (Greens are our reward points). You will earn Greens on each purchase you make.  Once you reach 50 Greens, you'll receive a $9 credit!

  • Give $5, Get $5 — refer your friends to the Farmer's Fridge app, and you'll get a $5 reward when they make their first app purchase!
