ASIAN CHICKEN SALAD (a.k.a. Far East Feast)
Lemongrass chicken, peanuts, Napa cabbage, carrot, radish, cilantro, scallions & sesame-ginger dressing.
With chicken lovingly roasted in lemongrass & coconut milk, this is crazy crunchy & full of vibrant Asian flavors. Chopsticks not required, but we'd be impressed.
BUFFALO CHICKEN SALAD (a.k.a. Wingin’ It)

It's a little Tex. A little Mex. But there's nothing little about the taste. We crossed a fresh burrito with a rich avocado for - ¡Olé! - an amazing salad. Spanish may or may not flow freely after eating.
